With more than 25 years of experience in the resort and spa industry, Ann Brown is a seasoned professional whose expertise spans hands-on therapies, spa leadership, and business management. In 2014, she founded Saltability to create chemical-free, eco-friendly Himalayan salt products designed to benefit both clients and therapists. Today, she partners with Himalayan Source to provide high-quality salt treatments and products to resorts, day spas, medical spas, and destination spas worldwide, helping spas deliver multiple therapeutic benefits in every session.

Ann is also a dedicated community leader, actively supporting local charities and organizations including Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity, and the Alzheimer’s Association. She has served on boards and committees within the spa industry, helping shape professional education and standards globally. Through her work, Ann combines innovation in wellness with a commitment to community and sustainability, making a lasting impact on both the spa industry and the people it serves.

For more than 43 years, Stewart Griffith has been developing and manufacturing innovative spa and salon equipment solutions through his company, TouchAmerica. When Robin Zill, a new massage therapist, needed a portable massage table, Griffith built her one. This led to the two of them not just creating a family together, but also a family company that manufactures a complete line of quality wellness equipment and furniture.

Under Griffith’s leadership, the formula for success in Touch America's growth has been its emphasis on conveying a quality product to customers and a quality environment appreciated by long-standing employees. TouchAmerica offers and continues to develop a full range of spa and salon equipment, custom furniture, cabinetry and merchandising solutions, as well as salt room, sauna and halotherapy products. TouchAmerica manufactures products in North Carolina, where it all started, and supplies both domestic and international customers.

Bringing more than 16 years of beauty, spa, and wellness experience, plus experience in the Himalayan salt field, Rachel Williams joined Himalayan Source in 2019. She started her career as a spa manager at a local spa, then worked her way up in a Fortune 500 cosmetic company from customer service representative to tradeshow & marketing manager to the director of customer service & account management. Rachel has a true passion for the spa and wellness industry, and she strives to build long lasting relationships while providing the best customer experience.
